„I visited Arona for the first time on February 12, 2026, on the recommendation of an acquaintance, and I was absolutely thrilled. Dr. Mattes took a great deal of time and discussed the next steps with me very competently, yet in a way that was easy for a non-medical professional to understand. On February 16, 2026, I had an appointment with Dr. Gkouzioti to have a wisdom tooth removed, which I was honestly a bit apprehensive about. However, Dr. Gkouzioti and her assistant reassured me so much that I didn't even realize the tooth had already been removed. It was completely painless. The aftercare was excellent. The entire team, starting with reception, is very friendly and accommodating. I honestly didn't feel like I was in a dental practice at all, were it not for the treatments themselves. I will certainly remain a loyal patient of Arona and will no longer feel uneasy before a dental appointment. Many thanks to the entire team. I feel I am in good hands with you. Dieter S.“

„Ich habe altersbedingt und durch Ortswechsel schon einige Zahnärzte besucht... 😉 Das Aron Zahnzentrum Ulm ist mit weitem Abstand das Beste was ich je gesehen und besucht habe. Das Zentrum liegt sehr zentral in Ulm und ist modern und technisch auf dem neuesten Stand ausgestattet Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Ich und meine Söhne sind bei Frau Rameiser und bei Frau Gkouzioti in Behandlung. Beide sind außerordentlich sympathisch, einfühlsam und fachlich sehr kompetent. Auch die Prophylaxe bei Frau Gutsche ist sehr angenehm und effektiv. Ich kann diese Praxis zu 100% weiterempfehlen.“

As far as I can tell with my limited knowledge, his primary focus isn't on maximizing profit, but rather on what matters most: effectively treated teeth. The practice is very modern and well-equipped to assist with explanations. During treatment, Dr. Pfeifer was also empathetic and seemingly quite skilled.
